Identify and target potential clients and business opportunities in the merchant services area Develop and maintain relationships with merchant clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service delivery Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets Stay updated with the latest industry trends and payment solutions Provide feedback to management on market needs and client feedback to aid in the development of new services and products Prepare sales reports and forecasts, maintaining accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports Proven ability to negotiate and close deals Strong communication and interpersonal skills In-depth knowledge of the current financial services industry, specifically in payment systems and merchant services Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Sales Professional (CSP) preferred Any relevant industry-specific certification is a plus
