Job Description:
Aligned Solutions is leading a Retained Executive Search for a
Vice President of Sales in the greater Charlotte, NC area. This
executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth,
strengthening strategic partnerships, and building a disciplined
sales infrastructure that supports long-term profitable expansion.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the company’s overall
sales strategy across multiple channels and regions. Identify
opportunities to expand market share, strengthen customer
partnerships, and increase revenue while maintaining strong margin
discipline. Lead negotiations and long-term commercial agreements
with key strategic customers. Drive annual business planning
processes, including promotional strategies, growth initiatives,
and joint planning efforts with major partners. Oversee
relationships with key distribution partners and channel
stakeholders. Develop pricing architecture and margin frameworks
that support both growth and profitability. Align incentives,
rebate programs, and channel strategies to optimize performance
across markets. Continuously evaluate and refine channel strategy
to improve product availability, market coverage, and overall sales
effectiveness. Sales Team Leadership Build, lead, and develop a
high-performing sales organization. Oversee both internal sales
leaders and external partner representatives where applicable.
Establish clear performance metrics, accountability structures, and
reporting cadences. Design and implement compensation structures
aligned with profitable growth and strategic objectives. Sales
Operations & Commercial Excellence Strengthen forecasting processes
and sales planning discipline. Collaborate closely with operations,
supply chain, and finance to ensure alignment between demand
planning and production. Drive portfolio optimization, including
product mix and margin management. Implement reporting frameworks
and analytics that support data-driven decision making.
Qualifications Required Experience 10 years of progressive sales
leadership experience in a multi-channel commercial environment.
Proven success managing complex customer relationships and
distribution networks. Experience leading both internal sales teams
and external partner or representative groups. Demonstrated success
developing and executing growth strategies across domestic and
international markets. Strong financial and operational acumen,
including forecasting, pricing strategy, and margin management.
Leadership Profile Experienced in building scalable sales
organizations and driving accountability. Highly collaborative
leader capable of partnering effectively with executive leadership
and cross-functional teams. Strong communicator and negotiator with
the ability to influence senior stakeholders and strategic
partners.
