Registered Nurse (RN) | Progressive Care Unit Location: Salem, VA Agency: AMN Healthcare Pay: $2,079 to $2,208 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/16/2026 About the Position Job Description & Requirements Registered Nurse – Progressive Care - Travel - (PCU RN) StartDate: 3/16/2026 Available Shifts: 12 N Pay Rate: $2079.00 - $2208.00 15 bed PCU with 1:4-5 staffing. 500 bed Level 2 Trauma center and teaching facility; Unit typically sees Post cardiac cath, EP studies, device placements, groin management, chest tubes , post op surgical patients, Critical drips, epidurals, PCA Salem is a city of 25k, the Roanoke County seat, and an integral part of Virginia’s Blue Ridge region.
