Job Description Job Description Sales Account Manager A leading
manufacturer of automated material handling solutions is hiring for
a Regional Sales Account Manager who has proven to excel in driving
sales of custom engineered Material Handling Systems (AS/RS, AGVs,
Conveyance systems, monorails, etc). to manage accounts throughout
a nationwide territory, driving sales and new business acquisition
to meet or exceed goals with both company and customer
satisfaction. Base $85,000,000 Uncapped Commissions Bonus Up to 60%
Travel; accounts are project based and travel needs dependent upon
work needs The Regional Sales Account Manager will be responsible
for: · Utilizing consultative and strategic selling principles to
directly sell automated material handling systems. · Identifying,
defining and working collectively with the client’s decision-making
network. · Reviewing Customer RFP’s, surveys, and economic
justifications. · Identify, influence and define the clients buying
criteria and work collaboratively with System Engineering. ·
Compiling and analyzing customer data to identify sales
opportunities. · Evaluating customer needs; identifying and
facilitating the best solution. Negotiating initial scope of work
with customer. · Collaborating with System Engineering to develop
and deliver winning sales proposals. · Assisting and coordinating
with Aftermarket Services and Finance department to maintain good
customer relations and image, minimizes receivables, minimizes
warranty and product liability costs, and identifies needed areas
of product improvement. · Providing customized solutions with a
consultative, engineering needs based approach · Working closely
with sales management team to meet objectives · Managing and
growing existing accounts as well as driving new business to
increase market share · Maximizing reach in trade-shows and open
houses · Communicating clearly, effectively, and efficiently at all
levels inside and outside the organization The Sales Account
Manager will excel with: 5-7 years of proven success in Automation
Industry Sales experience with turnkey solutions (preference given
to Automated Storage & Retrieval Systems or other related material
handling systems; i.e. AS/RS, AGVS, floor or ceiling mounted
monorail systems and conveyor systems a MUST) Bachelor's degree (B.
A.) from four-year college or university required Demonstrated
experience managing and growing large accounts in a multi-state
territory through distributor and dealer relationships is mandatory
Relationships with major distribution and warehouse facilities,
understanding their needs and expectations Driven hunter mentality
Proficiency with CRM Ability to travel up to 60% as needed The
